Who?
Quixtar is the online outlet for distributors to sell Amway products, and one
of the largest ecommerce sites on the web. (Don't ask to buy soap - I don't
sell it.)
What?
Mike was part of a team of consultants that Amway brought in right before they
launched the first Quixtar site in 1999. They picked their brains on how to
improve this new service. The team consisted of the team leader, Dr.
Quentin Schultze, and Jeffrey
Veen (of Wired fame), Molly
Steenson, and Peter Merholz.
